“ I recently ate at the Ansots Basque restaurant in Boise - at 6th and Main - and was totally impressed with the quality of the food, the prompt and cheerful and service, and the atmosphere. I had a cortado, which was strong and flavorful, and a pastry as delightful as any in my life. I also had shrimp, and later some sweet rice pudding. All as good as any food anywhere! Thanks! ”
